A reasonably smooth lightly vegetative cup. Rare herbal tea consumed for 'health' at Thai herbal spas. This tea has awesome color changing properties. Just steep up and then add an acid (lemon makes the most sense), and watch the color immediately change from a blue color to a vivid pinky/purple hue.
Kids just love it when you make an electric lemonade out of this tea. It's like a really fun science experiment.
