Tikka Masala is earthy, savory, garlicky, and somewhat spicy. Often used in Chicken Tikka Masala which is creamy, a little bit spicy, and full of rich, savory flavor. Its perfect as a meal that leaves you feeling satisfied but not overly full. It gives a lot of comfort because of its warm temperature and the warm flavors of the spices, as well.
To make Chicken Tikka Masala marinade, simply mix 1 cup of plain yogurt with 1 tablespoon of our seasoning and incorporate. Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour before cooking, but for ideal flavor let it sit for four or more hours, up to a full 24 hours. Serve your cooked Chicken Tikka Masala over rice and with some naan on the side to soak up the extra sauce.
Use Tikka Masala on chicken, fish, shrimp, curries, pasta, rice, couscous, roasted or mashed potatoes, bread, baked tofu, or mixed in butter to make a compound butter to be used in rice and on vegetables for a more multi-dimensional flavor.
